Patient instructions:

• Please arrive 15 min early for check-in and triage

• Please bring your valid health card to your appointment. If your health care is outdated, you will be asked to pay for the cost of your visit upfront.

• Masks are requested to be worn if you have respiratory symptoms and are attending the clinic

 

Cancellation Policy:

No shows, missed appointments, or late cancellations (< 2 days' or 48 business hours' notice) will result in a $75 charge for routine appointments (eg. birth control options discussions, pap tests) or $100 charge for more complex appointments (eg. IUD or Nexplanon insertions, medication abortion discussions, endometrial biopsy, menopause consult, gender consult). It will not be possible to book a new appointment if there are any outstanding fees. Outstanding fees can be settled by credit over the phone or in person prior to booking or by e-transfer.

We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment for patients arriving late having missed 50% of their appointment time.

For patient convenience, the onsite pharmacy carries all commonly prescribed birth control options.
